Returns and exchanges are at your expense , simple and subject to certain conditions. You have 14 days to request a return or exchange.

• Return: you can declare your return from your customer account (section “My orders and web returns”), either via the shipping confirmation email; or directly by telephone
• Once your request is made, you have 7 days to drop off your package at the post office. After this time, your exchange request will be canceled.

♻️ We encourage you to reuse the original packaging.

Eligibility requirements : Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged , and in their original packaging with tags intact.

However, if these products are returned to us, they will not be refunded and will be returned to the original shipping address. If these products are returned again, they cannot be returned and will be recycled.

💡 Remember to keep the proof of sending provided by the post office until you receive the refund or exchange.

💡 Any product returned in error will be kept for 10 days and then recycled if unclaimed. At your request, we can reship it free of charge. However, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of an item that is not ours.

To help you make the right choice, we try to specify the size worn by the models in each product sheet. We also specify when the product tends to run small or large. A size guide will soon be available on each product sheet to help you further.

All products visible on our site are in stock at the time of your visit. If a size doesn't appear or if you can't add the item to your cart, it's already sold out. But don't worry: new gems arrive regularly!
